Windows 10: KEYBOARD, MOUSE, FOLDERS. STUCK IN A HUGE MESS

Hi all. I've been in a huge mess since today morning. I have been browsing internet for a while. Suddenly a lot of mess. Don't know what happened really.


I can't type anything coz when i type the input is proceeded as its secondary shortcut action. For ex., I'm in MY PC. If i tap on "w", the window closes.



The mouse acts as if ctrl key is pressed. It selects everything without help of ctrl key


If i open a folder inside any drive, it gets open in a new window.


No phones is getting detected. I can flash rom via fast boot mode. But pc doesn't recognizes phone as a storage.



Note:

sticky keys, and all other extras are disabled

Every phone setting is ok

Mouse and touchpad acts like this

Open new window option is disabled



I can assure nothing wrong with keyboard because even the virtual keyboard behaves like this. But emoji can be inserted





I've installed may update


I've tried connecting Microsoft customer care. After 20 minutes i got connected to the technical support. When i explained her, she hung up

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10
