Windows 10: Keyboard & mouse not loading

Trying to use old Win XP pro desktop which worked a few weeks ago. On switch on now no keyboard or mice recognized. Cannot hit DEL or F2 keys as keyboard not working. Tried 3 keyboards including brand new one, USB and PS2, none working. The 4 USB Ports are fine as power external HDD when plugged in. Screen shows Mobo logo then del or F2 to continue. System is RAID so cannot hit Ctrl F4 either….Anyone got an answer please?

Logitech mouse and Keyboard issues

Thank you as well. I have no owned a corded mouse in 15 years or since they had wireless mice. Can I do the steps backwards, meaning do the keyboard first rather than the mouse since I will need a working mouse to do all this?
