Windows 10: keyboard mulfunction

My windows laptop recently experienced wired malfunctions on my keyboard.Sometimes some keys didn't work. When I pressed it very hard several times, these keys started to work again. After a little while, some other keys didn't work. When I pressed it very hard several times, these keys also started to work again. And so on.If it is not a physical problem with my laptop keyboard, how could I fix this issue?I already tried updating or reinstalling the keyboard driver, but it doesn't work for me.Thank you very much!

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
