Windows 10: Keyboard no longer functioning

Hi there,I recently had to reset my PC due to BSOD issues, and now my built-in laptop keyboard no longer functions I'm writing this with an external USB keyboardMy theory is that the keyboard drivers I'm currently using are not working, as I did have this issue once before when updating them. However I don't have any option to roll them back to an older version. Where can I download older keyboard drivers from? I can't find any web pages.It may also be due to me removing a lot of ASUS software that might have had an impact, such as:ROG Live ServiceArmory Crate & Aura Lighting Service re

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.

Intermittent keyboard non-functioning


I use a wireless mouse and keyboard. Every now and then, often enough to be irritating, the keyboard fails to function: the mouse works properly. The keyboard problem persists for a few minutes, after which it works again. There is no discernable pattern to this problem.

This is the third wireless keyboard to show the same problem, suggesting something is wrong elsewhere.

The keyboard batteries are not responsible for the failure.

On the same desk is a cordless telephone.

Any helpful suggestions would be very gratefully received.
