Windows 10: KEYBOARD NOT WORKING IN DESKTOP ONLY WORK WHEN TAB ON BROWSERS

Hi I have issue with my keyboard previously my keyboard is working the CTRL with A , C, V and control alt tab but on the left side of the keyboard that has the CTRL and ALT don't work in office , excel and desktop only works the CTRL if you are using google chrome and other browser. I tried to uninstall the keyboard and restart through device manager but still no luck, Thank you for reply

We would suggest you to update your keyboard driver. To update your keyboard driver, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for Keyboards and then double-click it.
• Click on the Keyboard tab and choose Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.

• In the search tab type Troubleshooting and hit enter.
• Select System and security.
• Click Windows update troubleshooter and follow the onscreen instructions.
  

in a few seconds it fix the problem.
All Browsers now work.

 

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
