Windows 10: Keyboard not working NUVision

When connected to keyboard. My NUVision TM 101W638L keyboard will not work. Cursor works no keyboard use. Only works when tablet disconnected from keyboard. Have defaulted back to factor. Followed various checks foe keyboard reset and issues. Still not working.

Thanks, Alden. I couldn't try the hardware troubleshooter. I couldn't enter anything in search bar. But I did change to tablet mode and that seemed to do the trick. I'm getting the keyboard now when I need it.

Hey this is actually about buying a product. My boyfriend recently purchased the NuVision TM800W610L Signature Edition Tablet and I want to get him one of those wireless keyboards to go with it for Christmas but I don't know where to start. Can you
