Windows 10: Keyboard not working

Hi, my laptop's keyboard doesn't seem to work after using tablet mode. Even the screen was wrongly orientated but was fixed by turning on lock rotation. Initially I fixed the issue by updating all the drivers and running full hardware diagnostic scans from the Lenovo website. But soon after the keyboard stopped working again, but was fixed by using the same method as before. Now nothing I do works. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.BTW-Laptop model: 13w Yoga Type 82S1, 82S2 Laptop Lenovo - Type 82S2, Windows 11

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Keyboard Not working in Windows 10

We would suggest you to update your keyboard driver. To update your keyboard driver, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for Keyboards and then double-click it.
• Click on the Keyboard tab and choose Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.
