Windows 10: KEYBOARD of inspiron 7348 stopped working after hardware change and windows 10 install

my dell inspiron 7348 2in1 laptop was replaced with new screen (due to a crack) . after replacement , dell's official repair company phildata reported that internal hdd became dysfunctional and needed replacement too. I bought and gave them a new Seagate 2.5 1terabyte to replace old. after which, he showed it needs OS (Windows 10) to re install. problem found was


keyboard keys stopped functioning


did the ff :

ran dell updates via website

ran ms office troubleshoot and update

uninstall the ps/2 standard keyboard and reinstall

updated driver


report on device manager : say keyboard functioning well , driver updated


but also the ff on some appears:

I can install upgrade Windows 10 on Dell Inspiron 7348?

 

Installed Windows 10 on Inspiron 7348 and slowed way way down

After installing Windows 10 on my Dell Inspiron 7348 the laptop operated at about 1/20th the speed it did in Windows 8.1, tried several things, nothing worked. Reverted back to 8.1

Suggestions to cure if a second attempt is made. Running Norton 360.

Sorry for the inconvenience. May I know the version of Norton 360 installed on your PC? Also, may I know if you have tried to run the tuneup using the Norton 360? Let me know if you need any help.
