Windows 10: keyboard on toshiba sattelite c855d-s5351

I started with a keyboard not registering all the characters. I changed the keyboard and now I cant type anything. it shows that its installed and working fine. I tried updating the driver and uninstalled as well with no results.

can someone help me with this problem. I started having problems after installing windows 10 from windows 8.

Internet anywhere? you have to use a cell phone add in card to give you internet (EVDO).

Regular wireless internet? anything these days comes with it.

Computer won't start

The power lights come on and the fan is running but the screen is totally blank, no manufacture logo, no Microsoft logo, nothing no error messages. It is a Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5351. As for the photo just picture a black screen with nothing on it.
I have a second monitor attached with the vga but when it comes on all it says is no signal then it goes blank as well.

 

Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL problem on Toshiba Sattelite

This just happened on Black Friday 2016. Exact time unknown. I was playing ROBLOX and suddenly it crashed. I shutted down the computer. When i turned it back on, it showed the message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Btw this is on Windows 10. This went over
and over nonstop! I cannot uninstall any firmware what so ever! I did some recearch and found my drivers name 'Storahci.sys' [I dont even know whats a driver]. Can someone help me?

Also,my model is 'Toshiba Sattelite C55D-C5106' [Im looking at the back of my laptop].
