Windows 10: keyboard problem where it is not responding while clicking any key mousepad and bluetooth...

Is there any possible solution to fix it or troubleshoot it to get where the problem is located? I have use lenovo vantage to scan and it has no problem, so I am wondering why. Solution used:1. Try to update keyboard driver2. Try to reinstall keyboard driver3. Advanced startup and continue to windows 11.

Steps to update the Bluetooth drivers:

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at the desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Bluetooth drivers.
• Right on each of the Bluetooth drivers
  and click on Update driver software.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall your keyboard and mousepad driver. To do so:

1. Press WINDOWS + X

2. Click on "Device Manager"

3. Click on "Mice and other pointing device"

4. Right click on your keyboard

5. Click on "Uninstall device"

6. Click on "keyboard"

7. Right click on your keyboard

8. Click on "Uninstall device"

9. Click on "Detects Hardware change" (monitor icon)

Then check if now the mouse and keyboard works.

If not, check on Lenovo support site if there are driver update available for your touchpad and keyboard.
