Windows 10: Keyboard problems on Key strokes

Since two days I'm experiencing problem when I click on:

1. DELETE it results 65S`73.
2. F8 results nbz.
3. Right arrow results hge9+.
4. Pause/Break results yt + "F1". It prints yt and opens help center.
5. Num key 4 results 74231. and deletes the first letter of the line in this case it deleted theN.
6. Num key 5 results urw. and opens find screen with typed "1" in it.
7. Num key 6 results jf + 4 times Enter+ a/.

Laptop details:

ASUS X507UA-EJ274T

OS: Windows 10 - 2004


I also had checked it by opening the BIOS and typing something there but it results only the first result of the outputs like on pressingDelete results 6.

I also had checked it by using Ubuntu OS it shows same problem.

Please, guide me if there is a way to resolve it because my laptop is out of warranty.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.

  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
