    How can I fix this problem......My keyboard is standard Microsoft English keyboard bought in Amazon US$$

    start menu stopped working

    Cannot get start menu to pop up. Worked till yesterday, now won't. Turned off computer and back on - still won't work

    Some problem with keyboard layout: From the two images above, it can be seen that the Keyboard Layout includes Vietnamese, which I don't actually need. I only want the English layout.
