Thank you for you answer. The steps you suggested requires my keyboard to work. So I could not get to any step from the fix suggestions on the page. Thank you still.

I suggest you to follow the steps to open Device manager.

        Right Click on Windows Logo.
        
      • 
        Select Device Manager.
        
      • 
        Or, you may use the On Screen Keyboard.
        
      • 
        Right Click on Windows, Select Control Panel.
        
      • 
        Click on Ease of access center.
        
      • 
        Click on Screen Keyboard.

New Keyboard

I'm after some suggestions for a cheap but good keyboard, looking to spend around £15 - £20 on one, and im from the UK..... wonder if i'll get much response for this thread yet. well any suggestions welcome.
