Windows 10: Keyboard seems to be screwed and I don't know what to do

I'm on Windows 10 Home.I've been having problems with my keyboard since late last year. Here are some of themsome keys input two letters/characters. e.g pressing Shift + P inputs P, Shift + O inputs O> , Shift + I inputs <I and so ontying in all caps even when the caps lock key is offhitting the backspace automatically moves cursor to previous line in Wordtouching the shift key brings out all sorts of weird inputs ie typing in call caps, links automatically opening in new windows, and selecting text when trying to scroll. The shift key seems to get stuck, basically but I can undo the st

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

1.Go to
Settings > Time & language >
Region & language.

2.Select
Add a language.

3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.

Touch keyboard don´t auto open when text field marks.

Hello,
I have a computer touchpad with Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1809, installed 2019-04-03.

When I mark a text field, the touch keyboard don´t open automatically.

This have worked before but no longer, what is wrong? I have look for any settings but don´t found something.

I know how I would do for an older version but not this one.

Can I maybe get some help about this?
