    Why does windows 11 assign keyboard shortcuts to itself that are already being used by other apps? WITHOUT the possibility to change these keyboard shortcuts...Why can't the users change these keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11?I have an app that uses the Win+Ctrl+L keyboard shortcut.Upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 and my shortcut doesn't work anymore. Plus I can't disable or change the Windows shortcut anywhere.If I use the Win+Ctrl+L shortcut, the subtitles thing/stuff comes up. But I DON'T want that to pop up!I would like to be able to stop Windows from using the shortcut.How can I achieve tha
