Windows 10: Keyboard shortcuts is not working anymore from Win-11 destop

I usually put all my PC's Ctrl+Shift+W to open MS-word, Ctrl+Shift+E to open Excel, Ctrl+Alt+N to open Notepad and Ctrl+Alt+P to open Photoshop.I have put same things/settings to this "Acer Predator Hellios Neo 16 i7, 2024". But none of it is working....It is working fine when I open "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" folder at desktop though....

Keyboard shortcuts not working anymore

Recently upgraded to Win 10, my keyboard shortcuts not working anymore (Ctrl + C,V,X,A, .....).

I have Standard PS/2 driver installed, removed the keyboard and reinstalled with no success.

Please help.

 

Keyboard shortcuts for international characters not working on Win 11

In older versions of Windows it was possible to type keyboard shortcuts to enter an international character (french) from an english keyboard. This was done by defining your keyboard layout as US-International, To enter the french letter (ê), the sequence was (CTL+^, e). I tried this under Windows 11 and it does not work anymore. The only alternative I found was to use the Unicode or Ansi code method which is not user friendly and force you to have a list of codes near you. With the shortcuts method all you need is already visible on the keyboard.

Can someone confirm that this feature is no longer supported or do I have a software problem?

 

Keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11

Why does windows 11 assign keyboard shortcuts to itself that are already being used by other apps? WITHOUT the possibility to change these keyboard shortcuts...

Why can't the users change these keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11?

I have an app that uses the Win+Ctrl+L keyboard shortcut.

Upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 and my shortcut doesn't work anymore. Plus I can't disable or change the Windows shortcut anywhere.

If I use the Win+Ctrl+L shortcut, the subtitles thing/stuff comes up. But I DON'T want that to pop up!

I would like to be able to stop Windows from using the shortcut.

How can I achieve that?
