Windows 10: Keyboard shortcuts is not working anymore.

I usually put all my PC's Ctrl+Shift+W to open MS-word, Ctrl+Shift+E to open Excel, Ctrl+Alt+N to open Notepad and Ctrl+Alt+P to open Photoshop.I have put same things/settings to this "Acer Predator Hellios Neo 16 i7, 2024". But none of it is working....It is working fine when I open "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" folder at desktop though....

Recently upgraded to Win 10, my keyboard shortcuts not working anymore (Ctrl + C,V,X,A, .....).

I have Standard PS/2 driver installed, removed the keyboard and reinstalled with no success.

Please help.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Zoom Workplace keyboard shortcut overrides custom Word 365 shortcut

To get control of your custom keyboard shortcut back from Zoom, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Disable the Keyboard Shortcut in Zoom

1. Open Zoom and sign in to your account.
   
2. Click on your profile picture and select Settings.
   
3. Navigate to Keyboard Shortcuts.
   
4. Find the shortcut for Ctrl+Alt+C and disable it or reassign it to a different key combination.
   

Step 2: Reassign the Keyboard Shortcut in Word 365

3. In the Word Options window, click on Customize Ribbon.
