Windows 10: Keyboard shortcuts that eventually this detail is important stop working.

typical situation : i use my computer for example on Blender for 3D modelling or whatever. suddenly the start menu key stop working. but if i use the windows key shortcuts like Win + E, Win + R, it works. using a web browser like firefox, using the alt key to see the options menus history, bookmarks etc., does not worklike some shortcuts are blocked. Problem is, i always uses keyboard shortcuts, it's part of my way to work. i have those little bugs there and ther, but that can become big if you see what i mean. it is annoyingrestarting windows solve the problem but only temporarily. eventual

Keyboard shortcut not working.

I am unable to switch between list and icons using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+6 & other shortcuts like this), actually all other shortcuts are working just fine. Execpt these view switch shortcuts.

Kindly help as it is a important for me as I have to use it in my everyday wokring.

I have already set language hot keys to ""Not assigned", that does not work.
