Windows 10: Keyboard single quote/@ key ignores first press and only shows automatic repeats

I have a very weird thing happening with my keyboard on Windows 11.I have all the accessibility features turned off Sticky keys, Filter keys, Toggle keys etc..Just the single quote/@ key ignores the first press and only presents a character on the screen when the repeat timeout kicks in then it repeats the character as long as I hold down the key. This means for either the single quote or @ I have to pause and hold the key down for a period of time every time I need it. All other keys on the keyboard are working fine.This is not a hardware issue. It happens with the on screen keyboard as wel

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard driver. Follow the steps to uninstall & reinstall the keyboard driver from device manager.

• 
  Press Windows key + X from the
  Keyboard and click on Device Manager.
  
• 
  In Device Manager, double click on the
  Keyboard.
  
• 
  It will show you the device driver name, select that device and then right click on it.
  
• 
  Click on Uninstall button.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, the drivers will get automatically installed on your Windows 10.
  
• 
  Repeat the same for Mice and other pointing devices.

Zippy! Automatic Button Pressing program.

Wouldn't it have been more expedient to ditch the GUI and make Zippy! a hot key activated app?
(Similar to how TPUCapture works)
For instance ... Zippy! is running in the background. The user presses a key combo (say Alt-Z) to tell Zippy! to repeat the next key/mouse click it sees until the hot key combo is pressed again?
So Alt+Z and then left mouse click tells Zippy! to repeat the left mouse click until Alt+Z is pressed again.
That would completely eliminate the need for profiles.

When i press a key, and press the second key while holding down the first key, the second key doesnt work, it happens only in w,e ,;,' and up and left arrow keys

Yes reinstalling will resolve the issue, I suggest you follow the below to uninstall the keyboard and reinstall it.

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Device Manager

Step 2:

Under Device Manager expand Keyboard

Step 3:

Right-click on listed devices one by one and select Properties

Step 4:

Select the Drivers tab

Step 5:

Click on Uninstall Device

Step 6:

Repeat step 3 to 5 for all listed devices under Keyboards

Step 7:

Restart PC and Windows will automatically install the drivers for keyboard

Step 8:

Verify
