Windows 10: Keyboard stops working every time, there is an auditing failure error 5061, can't seem to...

My keyboard has been randomly stopping since a few weeks ago, at first it was nothing big as i could simply just reconnect it. But the problem kept continuing, and occasionally reconnecting doesn't work, and my mouse stops working together with the keyboard, and i have to restart the computer in order for both devices to work again. There was once or twice where restarting did not fix the keyboard, but somehow it managed to fixed it self from plugging and unplugging. I've tried pretty much all the solutions i can find including reinstalling/updating the drivers, changing the power options, and reinstalling the USB hubs, but none of them works. about a week ago i managed to find something in my event viewer that appears every time my keyboard stops working.




This would appear every time my keyboard/devices stops working, and then 2 more audit failures following it immediately with the key Name being: TB_0_office.com instead of TB_0_bing.com. I cannot seem to find the source of the problem at all.

Have no idea how to fix, but its provided by Microsoft and an unknown alogorithm name?

 

Audit sucess Audit faliure code 5058 and code 5061

If your event log looks like mine you have audit success followed by audit failure with this string 51a92691-66f1-280f-d0db-59fad4f73491 for both the success and the failure. The success is 5058 the failure is 5061. I used the string in using find then f3
for find next.

In the success it says algorithm unknown in the failure is says algorithm RSA if that help anything.

I use regedit and found two entries for this string. first HKEY local Machine system control set001 cryptography ngc keytranspoet key perdevicekey keytranspot key d2bf6f-------------

Second in still Hkey Local Machine system now in courrentcontrolset control cryptography ngc same as above.

Now if the audit goes in order than the first I would think would be the 5058 and a split second later 5061 would be the second entry.

I haven't done anything yet as I always put a lot of thought when working in regedit. So I'm posting this as and idea and for discussion. I think deleting the second string would stop this and also error 131 which on my Acer Laptop Asprire 7741z4433 is common.

Likely someone knows more than me and can say both are needed or not.

 

Security Audit Failure Event 5061 In Windows 10

I am getting frequent Audit failures (System Integrity) even 5061 for my upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. These appear to be happening a few times a day. The other posts made a couple suggestions about turning off crypto, windows update, etc...
then restarting them. The problem recurs.

As a lay person, I don't know what these mean or if they need to be fixed (I sure would feel better if there were not error messages showing up concerning system integrity! If it should be fixed, how? I find it strange that help doesn't help and no one
on line seems to have good answers. Microsoft - any ideas? Thanks,
