    Hello everyone,I've been having a major issue with my new HP Envy laptop ever since I bought it. For some reason, playing certain games especially those in the RPGmaker engine will cause my ENTIRE keyboard to stop working whatsoever. I think its happened once or twice in other programs, but it always seems to happen most consistently when I play RPGmaker games more than anything else. Before you ask; there's no keyboard troubleshooter option in my settings and all of my keyboard drivers are fully updated so its neither of those issues believe me I've been looking up ways to fix this for a w

    Certain keys are not working when playing a game.

    Everytime I launch up a start up game (Minecraft, steam games, LOL, roblox, etc) on my computer, certain keys on my keyboard will suddenly stop working after playing for a 20-25 minutes. The keys that stop working would always be g,h,esc,",alt. Not only
    would it stop working in game, but it would also stop working after I exit out of the game for a few minutes. When I plug a separate keyboard into my laptop, those keys would function on the usb connected keyboard. I don't understand why this is the case\e;
    can someone please help?

    random keyboard keys stop working?

    i went out today and everything was fine, i come home and three random keys stopped working, maybe more i havent noticed yet. the three key on the left side of the keyboard not working, the left shift stopped working, and the enter key stopped working, but the one on the numpad works fine. no one was home to use it, nothing spilled on it, i tried it on another computer and same deal. im gonna go buy a new one tomorrow but it makes me sad cause i loved this keyboard lol, microsoft ergonomic 4000. ill probably buy the same exact one if its in stock tomorrow, this one lasted or 4 years about. im just confused why three random keys spread out stopped working at the same time...seems very weird

    hello my keyboard just stops working when im playing games, ive tried multiple keyboards in every usb hub and it keeps happening. it only happened in black ops 4 but then started in destiny 2 now in almost any game i play my keyboard will shut off midgame but my mouse will still work. anyone know what will cause this issue? help me please and thank you i cant figure this out
