Windows 10: Keyboard Stuck in Shortcut Mode?

I believe the computer is stuck in shortcut mode, which is a mode I recently learned about in resolving this issue. Typing on the keyboard runs shortcuts instead of typing, this happens with the on-screen keyboard as well. Additionally, when I move the mouse across the screen the start menu opens an issue I saw right before posting this question.Here's what I have tried with the keyboard:1. Restarted computer. I'm able to quickly type to get in to the user profile before the setting turns back on randomly.2. Shut down the computer, waited, turned on. Same as above.3. Ran troubleshooter for k

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

Keyboard stuck on shortcuts, unable to reset

If your keyboard is stuck on shortcuts and you're unable to reset it, there are a few things you can try:

1. Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix keyboard issues.
