Windows 10: Keyboard/Touchpad still working while in tablet mode

I have a windows 11 laptop that goes into tablet mode, this used to work great until it stopped switching to tablet mode. So when I would flip is over the keyboard and touchpad still work which disrupts what I'm doing. How do I fix this?

I suggest you to perform the following troubleshooting steps and check if it helps. Follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the Task bar and select ShowTouch Keyboard Button.
  
• 
  Open the Keyboard and close it (just to check if it’s working).
  
• 
  Next click on Action center and select
  Tablet Mode.
  
• 
  Once you are in Tablet mode, again Right click on the
  Task bar and select Show Touch Keyboard Button.
  
• 
  Open the Key board and check if it’s working in Tablet mode. Next check if it’s available on the task bar in both desktop and tablet mode.

• When you say that everything is fine with real keyboard in desktop mode, do you refer to the physical keyboard?
  
• Does the onscreen keyboard work properly in desktop mode?

Tablet Mode

Hi,

I own an Asus Zenbook Ux461 (flip) and for about two weeks now, my laptop won't recognise when I change to tablet mode. I have to manually do so, and my settings are all on for tablet mode. Also, when I click on tablet mode and change to tablet mode, it
does not disable my keyboard nor touchpad when I flip my laptop. Also, currently my "fn + f9" does not work (disabling touchpad). What are some ways to fix the tablet mode recognition? Or at least disabling my touchpad/keyboard whilst I manually go to tablet
mode.
