    Keyboard types double letters even after fresh install


    So I had one hard drive break on me, so I switched to the hard drive from my old laptop which had this same issue, but I figured it was just the flimsy internal keyboard.

    I tried to just make it all work, however it was too bloated, so I did a fresh install. Even in the Windows10 install boot it was typing extra letters (example: Thiis is me typingg nnorrmallly, wiithoutt coorrecctiionss). I've tried all of the fixes I can find on the internet, but it almost seems like an issue with my hard drive, which makes zero sense.
    The hard drive I was using before it broke did not have this problem.

    Is there any fix possible?

    My PC keyboard will only type numerals. No letter keys are working. Since my password is all letters I cannot sign in.

    I have been running Windows 10 since its release.
