Windows 10: Keyboard use-case situations is getting worse, I can't even have access to other account now.

I have two account on my computer, one with password other doesn't ask.I was always having keyboard issues and I was fixing everytime by win+r and copy and paste one code I found online and i could use windows key afterwards.This is happening over a year right? so this week I realize I cant even use windows key at all. I was following the fix on microsoft page and then I realizeI can't even use password section in the main account now ? Thank god I have another account so that I can login by only using mouse !I'm in a desperate situation and tomorrow I have to work. Everything I need are on

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

Hi,

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.

You need to take this one step at a time. It is a waste of time to go further until you find out why your keyboard is not working. Can you borrow or obtain another keyboard preferably a USB wired one to find out if your keyboard is the problem or not. If another keyboard does not solve the problem the problem lies elsewhere. Remember one step at a time.
