Windows 10: Keyboard went nuts after cleaning

Today i have cleaned my laptop with alcohol wipes because it was dirty.The main problem is the keyboard has went insane i didn't have sticky keys enabled and i had a similar problem before with another laptop.Constant spamming of / entering the windows start menu.It's doing the same thing as having sticky keys on i tried to enable and disable them to attempt to fix it did not help.

are you using the special software with the keyboard?

If You are- id suggest looking at Logitech for a Mechanical Keyboard or a Roccat Ryos Series.

Rosewil- they make good mechanical keyboards but im unsure if they have any special gaming software

if you want Fancier than the G110 or the Ryos series look at the RGB keyboards coming out

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
