Windows 10: Keyboard will not work for BOOTMRG

Hey guys, I'm in a huge pickle. I have no idea what to do. Context is that last night while reading some manga my computer suddenly froze. I waited a little bit before trying to hard reset. While I had my finger on the power button, I got a blue error screen from windows notifying me of an error. And then the computer went dark. I assumed it was because it shut off fine. I turned off my monitors and went to bed since it was super late.

Today, I try to turn on my computer and I got a

BOOTMRG is missing Press Ctrl + Alt +Del to restart

Problem is, my keyboard isn't registering at all so I'm not able to use keyboard features. It appears as if all of my usb are not registering at all. Everything I search online tells me to use commands through the keyboard. Which I obviously can't do. I currently run windows 10.

I tried hard resetting again, I tried unplugging everything extra besides the keyboard and still no difference.

Any possible insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly for your time. I will post where I can.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.

  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Keyboard Not working in Windows 10

• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for Keyboards and then double-click it.
• Click on the Keyboard tab and choose Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.
