Windows 10: keyboard with windows shortcuts always active - how to disable?

Hi,windows 11 - it seems that my keyboard has always the "windows shortcuts" always active if the caps-lock is not activatedif the caps-lock is active > i can write without issues but obvioysly only with capital lettersif the casp-lock is not active as soon as i click on a button > something else program, option or similar is open > and i can not writeI guess that i clicked on some combination by mistake, but i do not know which one and how to go-back to normalcould someone kindly help me?thanksfedericoEDIT: restart the laptop solved, but I would like to understand what happened for

Disable Windows 10 keyboard shortcuts

I want to turn off all Windows 10 keyboard shortcuts. Following others' suggestions, I right-clicked on the Desktop and followed the menu through graphics options to hotkeys and chose "Disable". However this hasn't helped. At least some remain. One
example among many: {WindowsKey + I} still opens Settings. How can I disable this and all other Windows shortcut keys?

I have a list of win10 keyboard shortcuts but some do not do as suggested. For example : F2 doesn't allow me to change the name of the item - but F4 does. I got the list from Windows 10 website ; Keyboard shortcuts in Windows - Microsoft Support

 

Disabling laptop keyboard

As per the description. Let me help you in resolving the issue.

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if that helps:

• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
• Find Keyboards in the list of devices and click the arrow to expand it.
  
• Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable. If there is no Disable option listed, click
  Uninstall.
• Click File>Exit. Your laptop’s internal keyboard should now be disabled.

Note: If you had to choose Uninstall instead of Disable in step 4, the keyboard will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason. If that happens you’ll need to repeat this procedure
in order to uninstall it again.
