    Keyboard won't work when reinstalling Windows


    I have an old computer that was given to me - Dell Vostro 200. When it was reset Windows 10 was removed from the device. I have Windows on a USB to reinstall, but when the windows page comes up asking for my country, language, timezone etc my keyboard no longer works. It does work in BIOS settings when you press F2 during start up. Any help?

    Pc won't allow the keyboard to work

    So you have 2 problems. Keyboard doesn't work and it doesn't boot. Did you try both PS2 and USB keyboards? It could be that the PS2 port is defect or it doesn't work well with USB keyboards (even though it should since it's not that old).
    As for the booting, just reinstall Windows if you can't get it to boot once your keyboard works.
