Windows 10: Keyborad keys are switched up.

Hello, I have a 60%, RGB keyboard with arrows. The problem is that the shift key stays lit like a caps lock key, but does not turn off when I click it, but it does not capitalize unless I hold it down. I have tried holding down the fn key and messing with the sticky key settings, but that did not seem to work. Also, the alt key on the right acts as the windows key when I press it. Thank You.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Issues with accessing keyborad keys after installing Anniversary Update

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Is this issue confined to any specific application/ program on your computer?
• Have you tried using different keyboard and check if the issue persists?

Let us try the below troubleshooting steps to check if the issue persists with keyboard.

Step 1: I suggest you to run
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Step 2: Update the driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right click
  on the Keyboard driver and click on
  Update driver software
