Windows 10: keybord function seem to have switched

    I have a problem with my key board when i use the shortcut ALT+F4 it doesn't close and the Fn isnt working like it's supposed to when i combine it with other keys

    Switch between different language keybords with shortcut buttons.

    Hello have a good day!

    I have problem about switching keybords with shortcuts. Currently I'm learning Russian and I need Russian alphabetic keybord but switching it manually froom toolbar is taking too much time. eg. I'm using Turkish keybord but to write a sentence I need Russian
    keybord then I need to use default.

    As I remember there was a keybord shortcut for this action but I couldn't find it how to do it by shortcut.

    Can anyone help me about this?
