Windows 10: Keys and mouse getting disabled and blue screen of death loop

Hi I Am Ashif I have a problem I am stuck on the blue screen of death loop.*Whats Happening*: When ever I start my pc when the window logo appears startup automatic repair , my keyboard keys and mouse gets disabled and the screen pauses, after that blue screen of death. After that it restarts and the same things happens logos appears,keys disabled and blue screen again and again. I don't know how to open the troubleshoot menu. Or get into advanced option. Getting blue screen of death loop

Windows 10 blue screen loop is an error that usually occurs when you are stuck in a Blue Screen of death reboot loop. It can be caused by a Windows Update, a device driver update or a recently installed hardware.

1. Uninstall corrupt driver

If you see the blue screen only after sign-in
and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  
• If this resolves the blue screen, use corruption resolution steps (dism, then sfc), and run the all apps PowerShell command.
