Windows 10: Keys are opening up programs

So I was playing something and I probably clicked something that enabled shortcut keys. I clicked "w" and it opens up and ink program and when I click "u" it opens up display options and etc. How do I disable this?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

To further assist you, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Hover to the open application on the taskbar.
• You'll get a miniature Preview screen of the said application.
• Hover your mouse over the Preview screen.
• Right click on Restore.
• Re-hover over the same Preview screen.
• Right click on Move.
• Use the arrow keys to move the application on your desired screen/position.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check.

• 
  Type Default Programs in the search bar and hit enter key.
  

• 
  Choose Photoshop from the left panel and click OK.
  

Now check if you are able to open it by a right click.
