Windows 10: Keys Fail bad upda e

Please reply to Bradford Drake at Microsoft comunity. I can't type r,t,g,4,5 I know this occurred after an update. Can someone find name of update and email to me?! Have updated drivers and uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, but did not fix problem. Please help! Thankyou!

Unable to remove updae kb4093113

Hello,

I am unable o emove he following updae fom my machine. Had a micosof echnician emoe access my compue and she was unable o emove he updae. I believe ha his updae is wha is causing my keyboad o malfuncion.

the following was done:

Updae shows as insalled on insalled updae list.

1. Emoval hough windows updae using he uninsall opion. Ge an error saying unable o emove updae.

2. Tried dism.exe /online /remove-package /packagenameackage_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~7601.24130.1.5 . unable o emove. Ge error.

3. tried wusa /uninstall /kb:4093113. failed. get error.

4. tried in safe mode and ran 2 and 3 above and get error hat package is not found. tried in normal mode and ge same error. But updae still appears in updae list.

Show whether windows updae has failed or not

Press Start, and paste: Check for updates If Windows Update failed installing an update, it would say something similar to this (with the certain update). This is just an example:
