Windows 10: Keys not working properly - Sculpt Confort

Hi!

About 8 months ago, i bought a Sculpt kit (mouse, keyboard and numeric keyboard). A couple of weeks ago, the "D" key started to fail. O noted that the moviment/strenght of the key is diferent from other keys. Now, every time that i need to use de D key, i must to press stronger and slower than the other. This is going to be a messy. When i forget to do that, i just have a text without D letters.


Usually the warranty in Brazil is about 12 months. How can i get some support about this problem? This is a very expensive product in my country and i bought just because Microsoft usually gives 36 months of warranty here.

3D sculpting program...

Sculpt Comfort Mouse not working properly

My Sculpt Comfort Mouse, not working properly. The left click sometimes works sometimes not. I have to click several times.

Do you know how can I fix this?

MS Sculpt Mouse Suddenly Stopped Working.. Help!


I got a Microsoft Sculpt Mouse that has been working for a while. But now the scroll wheel doesnt work. It was working perfectly yesterday. I suspect it to be software related. I tried uninstalling the driver. But that doesnt work. What do you suggest?
