Windows 10: Keys on laptop not working. I believe this is a software problem.

I own a dell laptop that recently has had its keys stop working. These keys are B, N, /, SPACE, and ALT. I have searched on google and it turns out that many people also have these SAME EXACT keys broken. So I believe it must a software problem. I did not damage my keys in any way and they just suddenly stopped working.

I have already tried many solutions, such as deleting the keyboard drivers and restarting to reinstall them, restarting my laptop, and resetting my OS. I also updated everything and usedSupport Assist to download the latest drivers to no avail. And no, sticky keys is not on. I am currently typing on a separate PC. I use the other laptop for school and work. Please help me out.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
