Keys on my keyboard turn off at random times on Windows 10

Hey,So, for the last few weeks, I have had an issue where keys such as my E,3,F4 turn off at random times nothing happens when I press them, after a few minutes they come back like normal, and the thing is they all turn off and come back on at the same time, so im thinking its a software issue, but I am not sure how to fix it.I have tried:-Uninstalling updates that I have downloaded in the last few weeks-Just waiting to see if it fixes itself-Updated to the most recent version of Windows 10 on the release channelNone of those worked, and it is starting to bother me.

    :)
