Windows 10: keys spamming while held down

My keyboard is typing same key twice when held downalso.. the special keys alt,ctrl,win spams when i try to hold it down for shortcuts.and this is the scene for only my PC.. in my laptop, it works totally fine..i tried most of the things.. like deleting the driver and restarting the PC. reseting and clean installing of windowsadjusting control panel keyboard repeat speed and rateand also.. i have prodot keyboard and they don't supply driver supportfed up with this issue.. PLEASE SUGGEST HELP

Redirecting

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

• 
  Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Programs and Features”.

  Click on “View Installed Updates”.

• Does this issue occur only while using the Microsoft Office Suite?
• What is the exact error message that you get?

Check if the Sticky Keys and Toggle keys are turned on. If yes, I suggest you to turn it off. To do so, follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + I and click on Ease of Access.
• Click on Keyboard tab.
• Turn off Sticky Keys and Toggle keys.
• Check if the issue persist.

Windows key being spammed(not physically)

The windows key on my monitor is constantly being spammed, it opens the start menu closes constantly. I can’t type either as my pc thinks the windows key is being held down. I’ve tried all the solutions on line such as using a different keyboard, reinstalling/updating drivers, and even resetting my entire pc, but nothing works. It happens every time i turn on my pc. No idea what to do, and I can’t use most solutions as i cannot type, and onscreen keyboard does nothing as well. I’ve also tried trouble shooting but it does absolutely nothing. I also disabled the windows key, it stopped the spamming but I still can’t type because my pc still thinks windows is being held down.
