Windows 10: keys typing wrong characters on windows 10

Hello,so basically the keyboard in my laptop is typing wrong characters: the "P" key types P and right after opens the context menu, and when I press context menu key it does the same thing; the backspace key does not work unless I hold it for a while, and sometimes it types a closing square bracket; when I press enter it simultaneously types a backslash; one key responsible for square brackets is typing them with a colon, the one responsible for colons does the same thing, whilst the closing bracket one acts as backspace etc. Is there something that can be done about this? Where can I get the candidate characters while typing in traditional characters?

I am trying to type in Traditional Chinese, but the candidate list does not show at all!

It is impossible to type two keys as you suggested. Is there any way I could type in traditional characters as I do in simplified characters?

Can you help me solve this problem? Many thanks.
