Windows 10: keys z, b, n, down arrow key, and left shift key not working

Hello there! As stated above, the keys are not being input as I use my computer. It's incredibly frustrating to even type this out as I'm using the On-Screen keyboard to even function. The only thing I can think of that might have caused this was an accidental sharp jerk on my computer's power cable. Before then, it was all working properly. My computer is an Asus ROG GL552v Laptop model. I've tried a bunch of different things and I'm shaping up to do a full system reset. I've tried contacting a support person from Microsoft, but it seems they've taken away the functionality to even do that. S

Shift Keys + Arrow key are not working properly

In my PC Left shift key+ Any Arrow key is not working. Which is used to select text. However, Right shift+left arrow is working. This all was working properly just before a few days. I am using
windows 10. I have not enabled sticky keys or anything else other than normal settings. Please help.

 

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

 

Left Shift, x, and z keys are not working!

My left shift, x, z are the only keys on my laptop that are not working. I have an HP Stream 13 series running on Windows 8. I am using the on screen keyboard to use those 3 keys. I have done the follow to try and fix it.

1. Updating the Keyboard driver. It was up to date.

2. Troubleshooting

3. Scanned for Malware

4. Performed a Clean Boot.
