Windows 10: Kid accounts unable to login to new laptop Family Safety

i purchased a new Windows 11 laptop, and created the profile for parent, and allowing kids profile to sign in, but not sure why when i clicked on the kids login ID, it just jumped back to login screen without even reaching password screen. We have no problem with our existing laptop.Can someone please assist me. Thanks

Unable to block youtube using family safety

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• 
  Incorrect Family Safety settings.
  
• 
  Web filtering is not setup correctly.
  

Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.

I suggest you to refer the article and check if you have setup web filtering correctly or not.

Microsoft family safety not working--at all.

Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.

Google account login not working with Microsoft Family Safety enabled.

I have two Windows 10 computers/accounts that have Microsoft Family Safety enabled for my 13 & 15 year olds. Both are not able to login to their Google accounts via IE11, Edge browser or even the built in mail app. If I disable MS Family Safety on their
accounts, everything (Google account login) works just fine. There are no site restrictions in place and placing Google in the allow list has no effect.

Anyone experience the same problem or have any suggestions.
