    1. From where are you trying to download the app from? Is it through Windows store?

    2. Is the issue specific to the above mentioned apps or other apps also?

    Please be informed that your device must be running a 64-bit version of Windows 10. If you have a 32-bit version, you will not be able to play Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Killer Instinct.

    In the store when you find the game Killer Instinct click on More Information to know that you need to have 64-bit version of Windows 10 running.

    Killer instinct definitive edtion

    Hi there, i bought the killer instinct definitive edition and after four of failed installation atempts i finaly have the working. But the game has no characters available to play, i purchased the definitive edition which was supposed to have all characters
    available. In game any time i try to choose any character(aside from jago) it tells me to purchase the character or the definitive edition, which i have. All i want to play the content iv'e paid for, any help to fix this problem would much appreciated.
