Windows 10: Killing sticky keys and filter keys in windows 10

Every time i restart these are active again, ive tried, going in through shift 5 times. going to the control panel and disabeling sticky and filter keys, and going into their sub menus and disabling them in there, LITTERALLY HUNDREDS OF TIMES. ive reinstalled windows 7 times between 3 seperate computers, ive locked renames and corrupted system files to try killing them and every single time they are back again. i even had a microsoft 'engineer' remote connect and try to do it, in the process she **** my file system so hard i needed to buy a second sodding computer to fix it!!!!

so i have 2 questions;

one is there anything a can do to kill this?

two, do you have the home address of the engineers that created sticky keys? because i have several tonnes of horse and ****, and 15 angry badgers that id like to gift them as a thankyou for the literal months of my life ive spent trying to fix this god awful, fubar and full blown windowlicking retarded feature you jammed into windows that noone **** uses!!!!! oh and ive worked at special needs facilitys where kids and adults with motor diseases (the people this was made for) hate the feature!

surley theres a middle ground where you can just uninstall the **** you dont need.......

Sticky Keys and Filter Keys turn on every time I restart my computer (Windows 10)

Follow Steps 1-3.

Step 4. on the left of the window under "Control Panel Home" is a link for Change Sign-in Settings. Click this.

Step 5. Uncheck from the "At Sign-in" Column the filter keys / sticky keys etc.

Step 6. celebrate. no registry changes required

 

Cannot keep Filter Keys turned off in settings using accessibility version of windows 10

Since the above methods did not change anything, kindly follow the steps below on we can turn off filter keys in Windows 10:

• Open the Control Panel and change the view to Large icons, and then click Ease of Access Center.
• Scroll down to the Explore all settings section, then click Make the keyboard easier to use.
• In the window that shows up, uncheck the boxes for “Turn on Sticky Keys” and “Turn on Filter Keys” to turn off the Sticky / Filter Keys features.
• 
  To prevent Windows from popping up the Sticky / Filter Keys popup dialog, you also need to disable the corresponding keyboard shortcuts.
  
  • Disable Sticky Keys Keyboard Shortcut
    Click the Set up Sticky Keys link. In the Sticky Keys setup screen, uncheck the box for “Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times“.
    
  • Disable Filter Keys Keyboard Shortcut
    Click the Set up Filter Keys link. In the Filter Keys setup screen, uncheck the option for “Turn on Filter Keys when right SHIFT is pressed for 8 seconds“.
    
• Click OK to save your changes. Now you’ve successfully turned off both Sticky Keys and Filter Keys permanently in Windows 10.
