Windows 10: Kinda confusing problem

For some reason nothing on chrome has sound.

When I open chrome and go on a website that has a video I can hear the sound but if I try to watch another video the sound isn't working.

If I close the window and reopen chrome the first video has sound but the next ones don't.

What can I do to fix this?

I actually have no idea what could be causing this so please help.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Can someone just open a W10 support.

As a suggestion, it would be kinda cool if we could exclude certain thread categories from the "recent threads" list.
