    No go. Tried your suggestions. In Windows 10 (at least on this machine) there is no compatibility tab in properties.

    I am surprised you mention keyboard and mouse drivers (both are working fine). The accelerometer issue seems to be under
    Sensor I/O Devices. There I have a device named "Kionix KXCJ9 Accelerometer SPB." I went in and updated this driver by selecting
    Search automatically for updated driver software, but still no go.

    Windows 10 on HP Stream 7 screen rotation not working

    The problem I discovered was with the accelerometer of the tablet device, usually the Kionix Accelerometer and Fusion Sensor. The only way to solve this rotation issue is to manually install the drivers. You can find similar drivers from (Windows 10 problems *fixed* (auto-rotation fix + touch keyboard))

    To install drivers one must so into the device manger (use windows search to find), then select actions from the toolbar, and then select add legacy hardware. Select option to install manually from computer, and then select the type of
    hardware to install which is "Sensors". If the option doesn't already show up to select "Kionix Fusion Sensor", search for in in the location where you extracted the kionix driver files from the download before.

    The only way to fix the rotation problem is by install the correct drivers: Kionix Fusion Sensor driver and the Kionix KXCJ9 Accelerometer driver. If you have these files already from the install backup for Windows 10 then you can use
    those.

    windows 10 auto rotated display

    I'm using local brand windows tablet advan w100, it's using windows 8.1 bing single language before I upgrade to windows 10 and its using kionix kxcj9 accelerometer sensor if I'm not wrong,

    If auto rotated is not available I just need a quick button on action center in notification quick bar so I can switch display orientation for reading or browsing internet.
