  1. KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED after clean install

I have been having issues since I built my PC a month ago and decided to do a fresh install on my SSD yesterday. Everything went well and was gaming for a while yesterday with no issues. Today, it decides to crash and give me KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED with no driver name referenced. Looking for any possible help with what is causing these crashes.

    :)

Windows 10 BSOD on startup (SYSTEM EXCEPTION/KMODE EXCEPTION)

You are not back to square one. When you put out your first post, kmode exception was for ntfs.sys and ntoskrnl.exe. Now it is for netio.sys. So we should think why kmode exception has changed form.

KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED after clean install

    Hi, MentholSushi ,

Welcome to Ten Forums BSOD forum.

There were 3 BSOD mini dump files.
When debugged there was no definitive misbehaving driver.

    1) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
There is 16 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

    2) For any BSOD please run this version of the log collector and post a new zip into the thread:

  5. I remembered I changed my XMP profile a few weeks ago to try to get my RAM running close to 3200, my computer was running great until a couple weeks ago. I turned off the XMP to see if that could have been the cause, but, ended up getting another BSOD last night. This one referenced fltmgr.

But, here are the updated log files, I have not had a chance to run the memory test yet.

Another crash, not sure if these are useful if there was no BSOD. My main monitor stays active, but, freezes, and my 2nd monitor blacks out.

  9. I am at wit's end, 3 crashes in the last two hours. No blue screen again, but, I am now getting this lovely window that continues to pop up no matter what I do. This time I was only on here, nothing else running. Some more logs for you.

    1) For Ccleaner > un-check
    a) memory dumps
    b) windows log files
    2) For startup and recovery > un-check
    a) automatically restart
    3) For windows error reporting:
    Change startup type to automatic
Click start > ok > reboot

    4) Before performing the dump test below please use file explorer to find C:\windows\memory.dmp > post a link into the thread.

    5) Download and install: Resplendence Software - WhoCrashed, automatic crash dump analyzer
6_ Above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
    7) Click analyze > post an image of the results into the thread using one drive or drop box share link
    8) Run the log collector after the above steps and post a new zip into the thread.

The last crash was the crash dump test.
For the next crash run the log collector and post a memory dump for troubleshooting.

Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for any row with an icon that is a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark > post an image into the thread

Post an image of network adapters into the thread.

Nothing in Device Manager showed the yellow triangle. Here are my network adapters.

Here are the logs from the latest crash.

There was no new bsod dump file in the zip.
For the next crash please run this version of the log collector and post a zip into the thread:
    log collector v2-beta08.zip
Also find and post a link for the memory dump: C:\windows\memory.dmp

  15. The past few have just been my computer freezing up, no BSOD. This was the log collector used for this one, too. Should I just put a copy of the memory.dmp in my drop box?
