Windows 10: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED and other BSOD. Windows 10 Pro

Is anyone able to help me understand why my computer keeps crashing and blue screening? I have a bunch of dmp files but I don't know what to do with them, they are uploaded here https://www.mediafire.com/file/bwjcf5r3kldal3m/Dump+Files.zip/fileThis is a new build on a PC, all new parts except the SDD that Windows is installed on. I just need to know what kind of error I'm getting, if I need to do a fresh install I will, but I don't want to fresh install and go through that pain just to have the same issue at the end of the day if it ends up being hardware.Please any assistance is appreciated,

BSOD KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

Newly updated to Windows 10 Pro and now getting BSOD KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. System in rebooting shortly after starting up. Any help appreciated.

 

BSOD with KMODE Exception not handle, no driver listed

Hey all

I have a couple Dell laptops here, both are Latitude E6540 with identical specs. Both laptops we had at work and at Windows 10 with no issues.

I formatted both and reinstalled Win 7 pro, used the Dell Command Update to update the BIOS, video drivers (AMD and Intel both) and a couple other items that I can't remember. Using Windows 7 works fine, no issues. I then upgraded to Win 10 and that's when I start to have issues. After it completes the upgrade and I'm at the desktop, I start to get the BSOD and the KMODE Exception not handle with no driver listed. It then reboots, then repeats the BSOD and KMODE Exception not handle in a loop. I can get into safe mode however.

Can I run the collector program in safe mode?
