    Hello i just received a blue screen BSOD with stopcode : KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED after updating my windows 11 using windows update setting. This problem occurs only when i choose to restart my pc but not by selecting shut down pc works fine with shut down method and it just appearing bluescreen with that stopcode twice and then advanced option screen. I already tried to reset my pc but it's not working because the BSOD prevent the reset progress. I've got frustated then i use the bluescreenview app to see the dmp file and the cause was ntoskrnl.exe. Here's the dmp : https://drive.google

    We suggest that you try the workaround suggested on DonchakVS's reply on August 5, 2015 and check if it resolves the issue:

    Windows 10 - BSOD: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (cng.sys).
