Windows 10: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED nvlddmkm.sys Blue screens while gaming

Hey there! my girlfriend is currently having a reccuring issues with her PC, games will tend to crash her whole pc or just give her a blue screen of death with an error code or just close the game and leave the computer running. This issue has persisted for quite some time, my girlfriend had a MSI ARMOR OC RADEON RX 580 8GB graphics card before hand when this started to occur, I thought by maybe her changing it out for a new card it might resolve the issue, I bought the 1660 super for her but she changed the card before UNINSTALLING the AMD cards graphics card drivers I'm not sure if this coul

kmode exception not handled blue screen error

I keep getting a blue screen error at random times... not sure what is causing it. When it blue screens and restarts my computer it says it is a Kmode exception not handled error.

I have copied the error in the event viewer and it says the following 2 errors:

1) The cpuz136 service failed to start due to the following error:

This driver has been blocked from loading

2)The description for Event ID 875 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

cpuz136_x64.sys

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

Any suggestions or help with this please and thanks.
