    Hello,

    I have an old Powerspec b633-B2

    Motherboard is a H61H2-M2

    Processor Intel i5-2320

    Ram 2 sticks of 4Gb 2Rx8 Pc3-10600u-999 by Adata

    HDD 1Tb WD

    OS Windows 10 Pro 64-bit


    I installed windows 10 while on the phone with Microsoft. Once windows 10 was installed I have kept getting the BSOD kmode exception not handled

    error code it happens randomly. I have tried to recreate some of the ways that caused it to happen however I can't. It just keeps happening.


    Is there a bios update for the motherboard that is for windows 10?

    I can't revert back to my previous OS after the tech reinstalled windows 10 on my machine and now I also don't have an activation key anymore.

    when i playing youtube, suddenly BSOD appear and needs to restart. in the screen there is issue "Stop code: Kmode exception not handled"

    Dear Reader,

    For some time now, I am getting a blue screen and the message '' Stop code KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED''

    What failed :igdkmd64.sys

    I am struggling with this for quite some time. I was trying to find an answer online but was not successful. Can you please help me?
